I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 2-5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
US orders will be shipped via UPS FEDEX and International Orders will be shipped depending the fulfillment center the product is from.
Average transit times to the United States from out domestic warehouse: 2-5 business days.
Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5-20 days.
There are circumstances out of our control(natural disasters, weather, holidays, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time, the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
Products may be shipped from different fulfilment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality, yet affordable products.

Returns You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, no refunds on customized items.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
